So here's my problem my Samsung Y is having a problem with the start up its just stop to the LOGO SAMSUNG and it will repeat again and again and again so i wanna try this KIES and then there it is i installed KIES and when i connect my phone to the pc 'Unable to connect to GT-S5360 field to retrieve device information' i think i know why the connection is failed but how to fix it.please do help me.
